Are We Just Talking Kings Bay Homes?

We're not limiting this page to your Kings Bay Home.  It would be safer to say that this page is more of a general information page about owning, building, or living in your Kings Bay home.  Simply having a home is not enough if you find you can not enjoy your home or can not enjoy living in the Kings Bay area.  There are a lot of things you do to your home to ensure it is energy efficient, a quality investment, or simply an oasis away from the hectic and demanding life that so many Navy Service Members and their dependents seem to have thrust upond them.

Don't let your time in Kings Bay pass you by!  There are many things to do and see in our area that you will surely enjoy.  Learn to Swing Dance at Murray Hill Theater in Jacksonville, visit historic St. Marys, take in the Annual Kingsland Runabout (Kingsland's Car Show held each March), take the ferry to Cumberland Island, visit Amelia Island, Florida or St. Simons Island, Georgia.  Disney and Universal Studios are both a mere 3.5 hour drive and you can even see the space shuttle head into orbit from your Kingsland or St. Marys yard...just look for the big orange ball and plume of smoke in the south-southeast sky about 10 seconds after launch.  That's just the short list of things to enjoy while living in the Kings Bay area - there is much, much more.
